Restrictions, Terms & Service Conditions
1. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee
If you have a concern regarding work performed by an AM Pure technician, you must allow an AM Pure representative to return for an on-site inspection.
- If an inspection is denied, the guarantee does not apply.
- If an inspection confirms that a service was performed incorrectly or below AM Pure standards, AM Pure will issue an appropriate refund or corrective action for the affected portion of the service, in accordance with the written work agreement and applicable Michigan law.
Limitations:
The guarantee applies only to services actually performed by AM Pure technicians. It does not cover pre-existing issues, structural defects, prior workmanship, or equipment failures unrelated to the services performed.
2. Service Packages & Coupons
“Duct Cleaning,” “Duct Cleaning Plus,” “Duct Cleaning Premium,” “Deep Cleaning,” and other package names are official AM Pure package titles.
- Packages may be updated or discontinued at any time.
- A dispatcher will provide the most accurate and current details when customers inquire.
- After scheduling, an email with package inclusions will be sent to the customer. Customers are responsible for notifying AM Pure if the email is not received.
- Package contents and services are subject to change.
- Technicians may recommend additional services based on on-site findings, but no additional work will be performed without customer approval.
3. Promotions, Discounts & "Save Today" Offers
Promotions and discounts may include restrictions and are valid only for the promotional period described in the offer.
- All promotions and coupons may change or expire without prior notice, but any promotion already booked or scheduled will be honored for that customer.
- Promotions cannot be combined unless specifically approved by AM Pure.
4. Additional Services
Additional services are any services not included in the original booking.
- Technicians may recommend additional services on-site to improve results.
- No additional service—free or paid—will be performed without written approval from the customer or an authorized representative.
- Authorized representatives may include the booking customer, a person designated by them, or any person who signs the work agreement on-site.
5. Payment & Fees
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Any applicable fees for cancellations, rescheduling, or declined payments will be clearly disclosed in the written service agreement provided before scheduling or service.
6. Estimates vs. Final Pricing
Phone or online estimates are approximations. Final pricing may vary based on:
- System size
- System condition
- Accessibility
- Additional services requested on-site
All final pricing will be explained and approved before work begins.
7. Scheduling & Availability
Appointments depend on technician availability and may be rescheduled if necessary. AM Pure will make reasonable efforts to honor preferred time windows but cannot guarantee exact arrival times.
8. Property Access & Safety Requirements
Customers must provide safe, clear access to the property, including driveways, walkways, and work areas.
AM Pure may decline or postpone service if unsafe or hazardous conditions are present.
9. Digital Communication Disclaimer
Scheduling confirmations, reminders, and updates may be sent via phone, text, or email. AM Pure is not responsible for missed appointments caused by incorrect or outdated customer contact information.
10. Service Results Disclaimer
Service results vary depending on the condition of the system and accessibility.
- AM Pure is not responsible for issues unrelated to the service performed.
- Complete removal of all dust, debris, odors, or contaminants cannot be guaranteed, especially in severely impacted or inaccessible areas.
- While duct and air system cleaning may improve indoor air quality, AM Pure does not guarantee medical or health outcomes.
11. Customer Belongings
Customers are responsible for securing valuables, furniture, and personal items before service. AM Pure is not liable for damage to unsecured belongings left in or near service areas.
12. Equipment Condition & Pre-Existing Issues
AM Pure is not responsible for issues arising from:
- Pre-existing equipment damage
- Poor system condition
- Lack of maintenance
- Failures unrelated to AM Pure’s work
Repairs or replacements resulting from such conditions are the customer’s responsibility.
13. Third-Party Work Disclaimer
AM Pure is not responsible for defects, failures, or performance issues caused by work performed by prior contractors, manufacturers, builders, or other third parties.
14. Right to Refuse Service
AM Pure reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if:
- Unsafe, unsanitary, or hazardous conditions exist
- Technicians experience harassment, threats, or hostile behavior
15. Weather & Uncontrollable Events
Service may be delayed or modified due to weather, emergencies, or conditions beyond AM Pure’s control.
16. Force Majeure
AM Pure is not liable for delays or failure to perform caused by events outside reasonable control, including:
- Supplier shortages
- Natural disasters
- Labor disputes
- Government actions
- Emergencies or similar events
17. Limited Liability
To the extent permitted by Michigan law, AM Pure is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages beyond the scope of work performed.
This limitation does not restrict any rights that consumers are entitled to under Michigan law.
18. Photos & Documentation
Technicians may take before-and-after photos for:
- Quality control
- Training
- Warranty documentation
Photos will not include identifying customer information and will only be taken or used with customer consent.
19. Service Area
Additional travel or trip charges may apply to locations outside AM Pure’s standard service area. Services are available only in regions where AM Pure operates.
20. Certified Technicians
AM Pure technicians are trained and certified in-house according to AM Pure service and safety standards.
21. Insurance Coverage
All AM Pure employees are insured under Michigan Workers’ Compensation law. AM Pure also carries General Liability Insurance to protect customers against damages caused by employees during service.
